Partner Michael Poli led commercial defense cases for Bank of America for over 20 years before becoming a critical player at Poli, Moon, & Zane. In his previous role, Poli specifically honed skills while working on lender liability defense cases. His role also covered special assets and "workout" negotiations. Additionally, he worked on a number of cases tied to bank operations that included Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) cases, forged or missing endorsements and fraudulent bookkeeper cases against banks.
