Michael N. Poli

With a history as a top rated Personal Injury and Business Litigation Attorney and having been licensed in the industry since 1980, Michael brings great experience and perspective to his work. Mr. Poli graduated from Arizona State University with his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration then continued to Arizona State University Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law where he accomplished his law degree. Michael worked with the Arizona State Law Journal as a Comment Editor and Symposium Editor from 1979-1980. He also was a Law Clerk to the Honorable William A. Holohan, Supreme Court of Arizona from 1980-1981. Mr. Poli's other areas of work have included Civil Trial Law, Appellate Litigation, Banking and Creditors Rights, Insurance Litigation, Insurance Coverage, and Insurance Bad Faith. Mr. Poli's work with the representation of banks and lenders has included many forms of litigation. This includes lender liability lawsuits, common law fraud, and bad faith claims. He has experienced success in litigation relating to the construction industry. This includes lien claims, bond claims, and other similar lawsuits through the stages of litigation. The list of experience continues with the successful prosecution of a variety of plaintiff's cases. Personal injury and wrongful death have been frequent areas of practice; Mr. Poli won a multi-million dollar jury verdict for medical malpractice, a multi-million dollar recovery for “dramshop” liability (the improper sale of alcohol), and multi-million dollar recoveries against insurance companies in bad faith and coverage disputes. He has also had victory with a jury verdict in favor of the client on racketeering claims.

Lawrence Moon dedicates his practice to the representation of policyholders in disputed first party insurance claims and unfair claims settlement practices litigation. Mr. Moon is licensed to practice law in Arizona, Massachusetts and New York.

Jeff Zane, Esq

Jeff Zane practices out of our Austin area office, from which he serves a diverse array of client across Texas and beyond. Mr. Zane has helped policyholders in disputes with insurance carriers for ten years, and also represented clients in commercial, construction and construction defect cases from California to New York.  He obtained his law degree from New York University, and he also has a doctorate in American History from the University of Notre Dame. A former judge advocate in the United States Army Reserve, Mr. Zane previously served as a legislative aide in the United States House of Representatives.

Christopher M. Walsh

Christopher Walsh graduated cum laude from Willamette University College of Law. His practice focuses primarily on representing policyholders in disputes with insurance carriers.  Mr. Walsh uses the civil justice system to hold powerful wrongdoers accountable for their misconduct and considers it a privilege to help his community by tirelessly fighting injustice. Mr. Walsh is a member of the American Association for Justice, an EAGLE member of the Washington State Association for Justice, and currently serving his second term as an elected Board member of the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association’s New and Young Lawyers.
